Alpine Impact Days

In this workshop, we will dig deeper into systems thinking and concrete strategies for systems change. How come that, despite our efforts, we collectively are not reaching the goals we want and need? We begin with an input to provide context, and begin to answer this question. In groups, we reflect on where we might see those patterns in our own life and work. If time allows, we will form groups reflecting the systemic challenges that the people in the room are either actively working on or seeking to contribute to. Using two different tools, we will deepen our understanding of these challenges and identify possible leverage points. By bridging the personal and the systemic, the inner and outer work, we develop an understanding of what it means to be a systems change leader and sketch possible next steps.
