Keynote: A common vision for our Alpine Region - and how to implement it Charly Kleissner is proposing a common vision for the alpine region of Tyrol: Transforming the current extractive regional economy to a regenerative one, treating the root causes of our multi-systemic crisis, as opposed to the symptoms. This will require a transformation of most of our systems as opposed to incrementally enhancing them, e.g., moving from extractive to regenerative agriculture, from mass tourism to eco-tourism, from global to regional supply chains, from a mass transit traffic nightmare to regional e-mobility, from extractive to circular businesses - all based on 100% renewable energy production.
